Traditionally pizza is always thought of as the circular dough of deliciousness but this place has taken the pizza game to another level with their triangular pizzas. With all the new different types of pizzas coming into the pizza biz , this place stands out being the most creative. Triangular pizzas , which not just looks mouth-watering , it even tastes better. I mean just look at this picture :O
This place is a small shack located in the midst of Al Nahyan. They do not having seating or dine in option as the restaurant space is very limited. They do offer delivery and their food is delivered just as hot and tasty!
Before getting into the pizza deets, let me tell you the first thing that actually blew me away – their signature tropical strawberry drink which is called ROSALINDA , Hats off to whomever invented that drink ; because it was superrrrrr refreshing and it tasted so good. Ive never tasted something soo good yet. The drink includes fresh lemon,, mint leaves, fresh strawberry with sprite. MUST TRY GUYS.
There on we indulged on the they’re delicious madness fries. These loaded fries comes with crispy waffle fries , topped with chedder cheese, special sauce, crispy beetroot, jalapeno, stix chips , dried bacon crumbs and to top it all I added extra Cheetos ; which basically gave it an EXTRA level of crunch to it. The flavor all together was worth trying.
The next appetizer we munched on was Mac n Cheese balls. Now this was something really new for us and we were particularly excited about. Mac N cheese is without doubt everyone’s fav and who would have thought this could be presented in a crispy fried ball ? I MEAN GENIUS :O Fried macaroni with cheese sauce! I had high expectations on this one . However, the cheese sauce lacked a bit of flavor but other than that this particular item was PERFECT for mac n cheese lovers. It came along with two side dips. I was too overwhelmed with the fried balls that I forgot they came with a dip. So no comments on the dips.
Next , we feasted on they’re specialty pasta – Pinky Pasta ; Fusilli pasta , with special homemade pink sauce. Which was quite cheesy and had a unique flavor to it.
Finally we had they’re famous Triangular Pizza – The Philly Steak Pizza ;Cheddar Cheese base with Wagyu Beef , Red and Green Pepper , Mushrooms , Onion and Chef’s Special sauce. This isn’t the best Philly steak pizza I’ve had . It could definitely do better. But even then the base was crispy since it was oven baked .
Overall , Loved the concept of triangular pizza. They have friendly staff. Although they did not have a dine-in option , we enjoyed it. Would recommend – Rosalinda and Stuffed Chicken Pizza.
